      Polly and John moved to Moequa, Shelby, IL in 1869 and then to KS in Feb 1 876, where they homesteaded in the Arkansas River Valley southeast of Pawn ee Rock. The homestead is still in the family. In about 1910 they mov ed to Isabella, OK, where several sons had made the "Run" for land.
