      He was raised on a farm in Virginia. He was a Navy Aviator in WWI and fl ew out of Killingholme, Lincolnshire, England. His son John says Henry w as occupied as a customs officer in Hamilton, Rhoades, Virginia; was a Chi ef Machinist Mate in the Navy during WWI; and lived in the southern US aw ay from his family.
